Today, the Inclusive Leadership Compass (ILC) and Executive Coaching Consultancy (ECC) have announced a new partnership. This collaboration harnesses ILC’s extensive expertise in inclusive leadership assessment and development, combined with ECC’s market-leading executive coaching capabilities and global reach, to drive organisational inclusive leadership and foster the development of excellent leaders.
ILC’s 360 inclusive leadership multi-rater feedback tool assesses individuals’ actions and behaviours to measure their inclusive leadership effectiveness and identifies everyday actions to support behavioural change. Through this partnership, ECC will leverage the ILC 360 tool to enhance its executive coaching offerings and support its inclusive leadership programmes.
