About the 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass
Inclusive leadership is easier said than done. Research shows that many leaders need clarity about the everyday behaviors that matter and only 1 in 3 leaders can accurately judge how inclusive they are – with the least inclusive leaders more likely to overestimate their capability. The 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass addresses these challenges.
