ILC delivers keynote panel discussion at the Conference Board’s 2024 DEI Conference in Atlanta, USA.

It was a privilege to share our work with approximately 500 DEI professionals at the Conference Board’s Annual DEI Conference in Atlanta, USA from March 5-6, 2024. In the keynote panel discussion moderated by Dr Sandy Caspi Sable (ILC Co-CEO) and featuring ILC advisors Ben-Saba Hasan and Matt Krentz, and Michelle Gethers, Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Corporate Responsibility at Visa, we delved into the crucial topic of fostering inclusive capability across all organizational levels, from senior executives to entry-level contributors, and provided practical insights and strategies for doing so.
