The Inclusive Leadership Compass Community of Practice is comprised of Executive Coaches and other DEI Consultants who are unified in their mission to develop more inclusive leaders for the benefit of organizations and society more broadly.
About the Certification Program
Our 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass Certification Program enables executive coaches and other independent DE&I consultants to become accredited in the delivery of the 360 ILC to their own clients.
Delivered virtually over the course of three, 2.0-2.5 hour sessions*, the aim of the program is to enable participants to:
Understand the Inclusive Leadership Compass theory & framework.
Understand the 360 ILC report.
Guide a leader through a 1:1 debrief on their report, including helping them to identify meaningful goals and actions.
Comprehensive Coaching Guide
Participants are provided with a comprehensive coaching guide and other support collateral as part of the program, including business development information.
Areas We Serve
We periodically run public programs across the US, UK, and Asia Pacific, and also deliver private programs for groups of 4+ participants.
