Matt Krentz joins ILC as Chief Advisor

The Inclusive Leadership Compass (ILC) is thrilled to announce that Matt Krentz, former Chair of Boston Consulting Group’s Global People Team and member of BCG’s Global Executive Committee, has joined ILC as Chief Advisor.

Continuing on from his distinguished career as a global leader with Boston Consulting Group, Matt is a highly sought after advisor to market leading organizations in DE&I and business strategy more broadly. In addition to serving as the Chair of BCG’s Global People Team, Matt held a multitude of leadership roles across BCG, including serving on the Global Executive Committee and as Managing Partner of the Great Lakes and Canada System.

He has deep expertise in corporate / BU strategy, M&A, leadership, succession planning, team and talent development, remuneration strategy and CEO advisory. Matt continues to leverage his extensive subject matter knowledge in, and commitment to DE&I, to actively champion change across the corporate sector.

Matt holds an MBA from Harvard University, and a bachelor’s degree in arts from Yale University.
