BERNADETTE DILLON
Co-CEO
Prior to building the Inclusive Leadership Compass with Dr Sandy Caspi Sable, Bernadette worked at Deloitte for almost 15 years where she was a director in the Human Capital consulting practice, specializing in diversity, inclusion and culture more broadly. She has lived and worked in both Australia and London, UK.
Bernadette’s work on diversity and inclusion, and inclusive leadership more specifically, has been recognized globally. She co-created Deloitte’s Six Signature Traits of inclusive leadership framework and 360 assessment tool and co-authored a number of publications during her time including:
- The diversity and inclusion revolution: eight powerful truths (2018)
- The Six Signature Traits of an Inclusive Leader (2016)
- Waiter, is that inclusion in my Soup? A new recipe to improve business performance (2012) (Providing one of the first validated measurement constructs of “Inclusion”).
Bernadette’s work on inclusive leadership has been recognized by the Australian Psychological Society (Winner, Workplace Excellence Award) and The Apollo Project in partnership with the UK Financial Times (Winner, Architects of Meritocracy award in the Organization category) and has been featured in the Harvard Business Review and the Wall Street Journal among others.
Her motivation stems from an unwavering belief that diversity and inclusion drives business value and the possibility that she can help make the world a better place.
DR SANDY CASPI SABLE
Co-CEO
Together with Bernadette Dillon, Sandy built the Inclusive Leadership Compass, and for close to 15 years has worked with market leading, global organizations to help them progress their diversity and inclusion ambitions.
Sandy is a recognized expert in the field and sought after public speaker on DE&I. Her particular expertise lies in assisting organizations to build Inclusive Leadership capability at all levels. Most recently, Sandy and Bernadette’s thought leadership featured in Inclusive Leadership: Transforming Diverse Lives, Workplaces, and Societies, Ferdman, Prime & Riggio, 2021 Routledge.
Sandy was a founding leader in Deloitte Australia’s Diversity and Inclusion consulting practice, and in addition to consulting to the firm’s clients around DE&I, she played a key role in advancing the partnership’s own inclusive leadership capability. Sandy was a member of the original working group for the Melbourne Business School’s Gender Equity Project, and has been engaged as an advisor around gender inclusive practices by leaders across the world.
Sandy’s first professional incarnation was as a commercial lawyer and mediator, but her practice as a management consultant and executive coach has consumed the last two decades of her career. She is wildly optimistic about the powers of leaders to influence change within and beyond their organizations, and is grateful to be able to work in this space.
MATT KRENTZ

Continuing on from his distinguished career as a global leader with Boston Consulting Group, Matt is a highly sought after advisor to market leading organizations in DE&I and business strategy more broadly. In addition to serving as the Chair of BCG’s Global People Team, Matt held a multitude of leadership roles across BCG, including serving on the Global Executive Committee and as Managing Partner of the Great Lakes and Canada System.
He has deep expertise in corporate / BU strategy, M&A, leadership, succession planning, team and talent development, remuneration strategy and CEO advisory. Matt continues to leverage his extensive subject matter knowledge in, and commitment to DE&I, to actively champion change across the corporate sector.

Jennifer Chow Bevan

With a blended business and coaching background, Jennifer brings a unique combination of analytical & strategic thinking, keen intuition and curiosity. Jennifer is committed to bringing a diversity, equity and inclusion lens to her coaching to help leaders build teams and cultures that foster trust, inclusivity, and psychological safety. She is also deeply committed to supporting women, BIPOC and Asian American leaders to unlock and elevate their authentic leadership. Since 2015 Jennifer has co-facilitated Women LEAD, a senior women’s leadership program at Facebook, Inc. and is a Guide & facilitator at Chief.com, a private network for senior women leaders.
Jennifer’s business experience includes roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, management consulting at A.T. Kearney, and Bain & Co, and brand management at Neutrogena Corporation. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T., and an MBA from the Wharton School. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation.
A native Bostonian, Jennifer lives in sunny Los Angeles with her husband and two teens and has a healthy obsession with playing tennis.

David Boggs

As a certified executive coach, with a long and distinguished career as a leader in law enforcement, David brings deep expertise to his work with executives.
David’s coaching philosophy is grounded in the principle that great leadership starts from within. David brings a warm and personal perspective to his coaching that allows deep and critical thinking to occur and holds his clients accountable for their commitment to growth.
David’s work with clients is informed by his own career in leadership roles in public service, and his natural passion for assisting others on their leadership journey. For over twenty years, David has supported the personal leadership growth of thousands of leaders of all levels through both personal coaching and facilitated group sessions. Again, drawing on his own experience within the Force, he is committed to helping leaders build more diverse and inclusive organizations.
Chosen as an Executive Teaching Fellow with the F.B.I., he has been a sought-after speaker in both domestic and international settings. In addition to leadership expertise, David has extensive experience in business strategy and operations, serving on multiple non-profit and corporate Boards of Directors.

Lonnie Brewer

Lonnie Brewer is a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur who is quickly becoming one of the premier executive coaches and HR consultants in Silicon Valley. He has coached, consulted, and served as a trusted advisor to well over 300 clients over his 20+ year career.
Lonnie’s engagements have spanned a variety of industries and he has worked with companies from early stage entrepreneurial start-ups to large, multinational corporations, including Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Verizon, GE, and PepsiCo.
Lonnie is incredibly passionate about embracing change and helps leaders scale and transform their teams and organizations while building cultures of inclusion and diversity. He has worked as a “secret weapon” for a number of top leaders as they scale and transform their teams and organizations while making a lasting legacy and positive difference in the world and in people’s lives.
Lonnie did his Ph.D. work in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and Masters at Cornell University in Human Resources Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Lonnie currently serves as a Board member for Hope Villages of America, Inc. and abusiness mentor to entrepreneurs with MicroMentor.

Orla Castanien

Orla is an executive coach and leadership consultant with 20 years of her own leadership experience in finance, operations and strategy both in Ireland and the US. She works with leaders at all levels to build their leadership capability, with a particular emphasis on Inclusive Leadership.
Orla’s clients include Fortune 100 tech companies, government agencies and non-profits. Orla serves clients in the US, Europe, South America and Asia. She is a speaker and panel facilitator for the DEI committee of the IFC, a division of the World Bank. Orla also coaches for the Executive MBA program at Kellogg School of Management.
Orla is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (accredited by International Coaches Federation) and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
As an adoptive mom, Orla is a keen advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. As the white, Irish-born mother of a black child, Orla has had to educate herself on the complex issues of diversity and inclusion in America and as a coach and facilitator has extended that learning to cover all aspects of DEI in the workplace. She draws from her journey to help others navigate that same complexity.

Alan Hocking

Alan has practised as a leadership coach for close to 30 years having trained in organisational dynamics and group facilitation with a global energy company in the early 90’s. The challenge and rewards of helping leaders pool the collective intelligence and talents of their teams to move complex issues forwards quickly led to a career in professional services with the likes of Andersen and PwC where he held the post of Head of Learning and Development for the firm’s consulting practice in the UK.
Alan continues to specialise in team and leadership coaching using a systemic lens which focuses on the quality of relationship connections and the mindset and behaviours that make teams more than the sum of their parts. His business and consulting background, combined with a warmly-challenging style, bring versatility and range to his coaching approach, always mindful that the work focuses on performance in a way that enhances inclusion.
His work with leaders runs the range from ‘unsticking’ strategic change efforts to working with the sensitive interpersonal, group, and inter-group dynamics that so often emerge from today’s need for inclusive ways of working. In this work, Alan is fully committed to role-modelling collaboration, inclusion, and relationship in his efforts to help leaders build, diverse, high-performing, inclusive teams. He works across sectors ranging from Health and Social Care to Investment Banking with clients including Barclays, BT, Ministry of Defence, National Health Service (UK), PwC, KPMG, and UBS. Alan holds a BSc. in Management from Aston Business School and an MSc. in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey.
He lives in London with his French partner while his roots firmly remain in his native Cornwall where he messes about as an avid – and extremely amateur – potter.

Ana Perea

Ana Perea is an executive advisor and organizational development consultant with over 15 years experience in the corporate and non profit sectors.
Ana has worked closely with both senior executives and emerging leaders to help them build their awareness of, and skill in driving inclusion across their organizations. Ana has particular expertise in helping leaders navigate complex interpersonal dynamics for the benefit of individuals, teams and the business as a whole.
Her clients include organizations operating in financial services, fashion, education, law, marketing, technology and design. Ana’s prior experience as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at a luxury brand and earlier roles as a learning and development specialist inform her client engagements.
Ana holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and is in the final stages of a doctorate at the New York Graduate School of Psychoanalysis.

Hyeon-Ju Rho

Hyeon-Ju Rho supports leaders to cultivate the inner and outward-facing capacities that enable them to foster cultures of trust, belonging and innovation. In her executive coaching practice, she creates environments in which leaders can be honest, think and imagine freely, and bring their full selves – all necessary conditions for learning, growing, and creating their best work.
Hyeon-Ju has deep experience in the dynamics of change. For over 10 years prior to starting her coaching practice, she was a civil rights advocate and director of organizations advancing racial equity and human rights through policy change. As a coach and facilitator, Hyeon-Ju now helps people navigate the human dimension of change. Recent clients include The RAND Corporation; Amazon; the University of California, Berkeley; and The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. She co-facilitates a year-long fellowship program for leaders of color engaged in social change and has developed programs for Inclusive Leadership.
Based in Los Angeles, Hyeon-Ju holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute. She obtained her BA in English Literature from Swarthmore College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Duncan Smith

Duncan Smith is regarded internationally as one of the Asia-Pacific’s leading Diversity and Inclusion practitioners. Known for his ability to connect leadership and diversity initiatives with clients’ core business issues, he has been working as a faciltator, consultant, executive educator, and coach.with organisations, teams and individuals in Australia and globally for over 30 years.
Duncan’s work includes facilitating critical conversations in the areas of unconscious bias, gender and cultural diversity for leadership, executive, and management teams, coaching for inclusive leadership, and designing and implementing culturally effective diversity and inclusion solutions.
His clients include numerous Australian and multi-national companies in the retail, banking and finance, legal, professional services, technology and engineering, mining, oil and gas, and university, sectors, as well as federal, state, and local governments. He has been Regional Diversity Advisor for Asia-Pacific and Japan for Hewlett Packard, led the Asia-Pacific Inclusive Leadership faculty for BP, and has developed and delivered programs for Coles Group, Cadbury Schweppes, National Australia Bank, Shell, Toyota, and Westpac, among many others.
A native of Boston (USA), and based in Australia since 1991, Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Trinity College (USA) that focused on Asian religion and culture, and a Master of Education degree from Harvard University, focusing on Organizational Behaviour and Adult Learning. Duncan has been a member of the Expert Panel for the Global Inclusion and Diversity Benchmarks since 2011, is a mentor for the Inclusion Allies Coalition, and in 2018 released the book Foundations of Diversity.

LaTrice Ross

As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging professional, LaTrice relies heavily on empirical social science in her work and uses creativity, empathy and collaboration to tackle workplace inclusion challenges. She expertly transforms data-driven insights from science into easy-to-use “small win” strategies to cultivate inclusion and belonging in the workplace. She believes that small wins add up to big impact.
As an executive coach, LaTrice works one-on-one with senior and upcoming leaders who want to expand their leadership ability, rise up in their organization, lead with emotional intelligence, build powerful, diverse teams, and make change happen.

Annie Marks

With over 25 years of consulting experience, Annie has advised leaders and their organizations around how to leverage the human processes that help them thrive: leadership, communication, collaboration, decision making, growth, change and learning.
She is particularly interested in helping groups and leaders function inclusively when faced with important, multi-layered decisions, complex authority structures, competing interests and interpersonal / group dynamics.
Annie has been a facilitator and trainer of ‘productive conversations’ for over 20 years, helping professionals tackle tough issues and make progress on organizational and interpersonal challenges. Central to this work is her strong belief that being inclusive and increasing diversity is critical to organizational effectiveness and to getting the best from people.
Annie has worked with for-profit and non-profit clients across a range of industries in the US and Europe. She received her MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business and her Masters in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University’s Teachers College.
